Holistic healing for a variety of internal conditions including acute and chronic pain, while supporting overall well-being

Acupuncture is one of the five pillars of Chinese medicine and is the foundational practice at Dao Harmony. Acupuncture impowers the body to correct imbalances, helping self-regulation to aid in natural healing. Acupuncture can be used to treat a wide range of conditions, including pain, mental, emotional, and digestive disorders.

Tui Na is another of the five pillars of Chinese medicine. It can be used as a principal or additional therapy to Acupuncture. Tui Na is a Chinese medical massage that has the same functions as acupuncture, without needles. It can be used to treat a wide range of conditions, including pain, mental, emotional, and digestive disorders.

Cupping is a therapeutic technique that involves the placement cups on the skin to create gentle suction. It helps to increase circulation, reduce inflammation and promote relaxation. It can be used to treat a variety of conditions, including muscle pain, respiratory issues, and anxiety. We use Cupping as an additional therapy to your Acupuncture or Tui Na treatment.

Gua Sha is an additional therapy that enhances your Acupuncture or Tui Na treatment. Gua Sha uses specific tools to scrape the skin in affected areas, points or channels, and improves circulation and healing. It can be used to treat a variety of conditions, including muscle pain, lymphatic drainage and facial rejuvenation.

Herbal medicine has been used for thousands of years to promote health and wellness. At Dao Harmony, we offer a range of herbal remedies that can be used to treat a variety of conditions, including allergies, insomnia, and digestive issues. Our licensed acupuncturists will work with you to create a personalized treatment plan that includes the use of herbal medicine.

Moxibustion is an additional therapy that enhances your Acupuncture or Tui Na treatment. A Moxa stick gently warms specific acupuncture points using a dried herb called mugwort. This soothing heat helps to improve circulation and warms and supports the body’s natural healing processes.
